ORDERS & DELIVERY

When you place an order with us it will be deemed that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions. If you are unhappy with any part of these terms and conditions, you should contact us either through our contact us order form or by emailing lorraine@bo-peephandmade.co.uk.

By placing an order through our website, we require your name, email address, phone and address details. This information is required to process your request or inform you of acceptance of your order. A contact phone number is needed so we can get in touch if there is a problem with your order. We will never pass this information to a third party.

Whilst we try to keep stock of most items at busy times, due to the nature of the products, deliveries may take up to 4 weeks. Upon receipt of order we will contact you with an estimated dispatch date.

All deliveries are subject to a delivery charge, details of which can be found under shipping info.

All our products are hand made and may vary slightly in colour and trim to that shown. We believe this to enhance the product, making each item truly individual.

RETURNS POLICY & MAKING RETURNS

We package our products with great care and then place them in the capable hands of Royal Mail. In the unlikely event that a parcel arrived damaged or faulty, please contact us within 8 days of receipt, using our contact us form, by emailing us at lorraine@bo-peephandmade.co.uk or by telephone 07730038378 so we can organise a replacement, exchange, or refund for you.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 8 days of receipt using our contact us form or emailing at lorraine@bo-peephandmade.co.uk. We will advise best returns method to use. We ask that you return the items where possible with their original packaging, including swing tags to: Bo-peep Handmade, 14 Forth Crescent, Bo'ness, West Lothian, EH51 9FB. As the goods are your responsibility until they reach us, please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. With the exception of damaged or faulty goods we are not responsible for the return postage and do strongly advise you obtain a certificate of postage in case the parcel fails to reach us.

All the content of the pages on the website (including, design, pictures, logos, photographs, copy and other materials) represent the copyright trademark or registered trademark of Bo-peep Handmade.

The modification, copying, circulation, reproduction, or incorporation of into another work of part or all of content available on the Bo-peep Handmade Store site is forbidden, with the exception of: Copying, printing (solely one copy) or downloading extracts of the content of the website for the sole purpose of using the website in good faith for placing an order with Bo-peep Handmade for non commercial purposes.
